What other services do you offer other than repairs?

What brands of microwaves can you repair?

From Samsung to Beko, AEG to Hotpoint there are very few brands we cannot repair. Look at our appliance brand page for more information.

How do I clean my microwave?

1 cup of water with lemon juice in a microwave-safe bowl put in a microwave and turn on for around 2 minutes until the door starts to steam up. Next, wipe down the inside of the microwave with a clean sponge.

Why is my microwave sparking?

One common reason your microwave may be sparking may be the presence of a metal object. Avoid placing metal objects in your microwave as this may cause damage to the microwave itself.

Why isn’t my microwave not heating food

Why does my microwave start then stop?

If you have a faulty door seal your microwave may start and then stop as the microwave believes it has been opened. To fix this wipe down your microwave seal removing any unwanted built-up debris.

Why is my microwave door stuck closed?

This is common in microwaves that operate with a push release door system. Usually, these microwaves have a manual release system check your manual to find out how to unstick your door.

The microwave plate won't turn

Your microwave plate needs to spin for your food to cook evenly. If your plate doesn’t spin check the plate hasn’t cracked or check that the wide guide-rollers are functioning correctly.

Is it better to just replace my broken appliance?

No! Your appliances have a minimum lifespan of 10 years. Don’t throw away money on a new appliance when one of our experts can repair it quickly and affordably.
