We offer a no fix no fee and fixed price option for many manufacturers including Hotpoint, Whirlpool, Indesit, Maytag, Hoover, Candy, Cannon, Bauknecht, Admiral, Ariston, Creda and Baumatic.
If your appliance is not one of the manufacturers above and we cannot source parts to fix your appliance then we will refund you in full. If parts can be sourced, but exceed the parts and labour limit (table below) please refer to our refund policy according to our terms and conditions.

The price you pay today includes the callout fee and all labour to carry out your repair. Whether the repair takes 5 minutes or 5 hours we won’t charge you any extra.
The price you pay today includes our engineer's visit, plus one hour's labour to carry out your repair. In the unlikely event that we need to return to your property or the repair takes longer than expected, you will be kept in the loop at every step.
You can rest assured that once the engineer leaves your property you still have the help of Go Assist on hand. Should the same fault present itself again within 90 days we will book for an engineer to revisit your property free of charge.
