Why the new look?

Since we were founded in 2013, our business and service has evolved continuously, and we’re proud of the fact that we’re still running on the core values today, that we were built on back then: Quality workmanship, reliable service and boundless knowledge.

We recognise that consistency for our valued members and customers is key, which is where the decision to refresh our appearance began. We wanted to ensure that the information you need is not only easily accessible, but also engaging at every touchpoint – who says home services have to be boring?!

Track My Repair

Staying up to date on the status of your repair has never been easier.

With our new Track My Repair feature, you can now monitor your repair as it progresses through every stage. From your initial booking right through to getting updates on replacement part orders, you'll be notified at every step. Plus, you'll have access to live chat to contact our team directly!

We’re proud to have tens of thousands of you as Go Assist Members, making use of your benefits everyday, and we’re thrilled to be extending the benefits on offer even further to show just how grateful we are to have you on board.
