Common washing machine faults we repair in Harpenden

These are the faults we’re asked to repair most often across Harpenden:

  • Leaks during a wash - Leaks often come from a split door seal, loose hose or cracked drawer. We’ll trace the source and seal it.

  • Machine won’t start - If nothing happens when you press start, the door interlock or control board may have failed. We’ll test and fix it.

  • Error codes - We’ll decode the error your machine is showing and repair whatever is behind it.

  • Washing machine not draining - A blocked pump filter, kinked hose or failed pump can leave water sitting in the drum. We’ll find the cause and fix it.
