Why has my cooker igniter stopped working?

If your cooker's igniter fails, first clean it thoroughly to remove and dirt or debris, as buildup is a common issue. Ensure the gas supply is sufficient and unobstructed, and check the burner's proximity to the igniter for any blockages. If problems persist after these checks, contact us for a fast and professional repair.

How do I look after my oven?

Cleaning your oven may be your most hated task in and around the house, and many of us will put it off as long as possible. However, one of the most important things to do when looking after your cooker is to prevent any build-up as the longer you leave it the worse it will get. A few simple steps you can follow are:

  1. Wipe up oven spills immediately
  2. Have professional oven cleans every 6-12 months
  3. Use an oven liner
  4. Use a roasting bag
  5. Give your oven quick regular cleans
Is it better to just replace my broken appliance?

No! Your appliances have a minimum lifespan of 10 years. Don’t throw away money on a new appliance when one of our experts can repair it quickly and affordably.
